Partner Name Cleansing and Transaction Matching at NetworkCo

NetworkCo, a global provider of network security and data protection solutions, needed a better way to manage partner name cleansing, transaction matching, and tier-based commission calculations across its 40,000-partner channel. Its manual process made it difficult to roll up sales accurately, match reseller names to Salesforce Accounts, and determine the correct partner tier at the time of each transaction, leading to rebate errors and partner disputes.

To solve this, NetworkCo implemented Zyme’s TrueID solution with the optional Content Data Steward Service. Zyme automated account and transaction matching using its Global Channel Directory and added tier information to each transaction, improving data accuracy and visibility. The result was more accurate partner rebates, better channel marketing decisions, improved sales force utilization, higher sales rep satisfaction, and fewer partner disputes.
