kCura, the maker of Relativity e-discovery software, was struggling with a rapid explosion of SaaS and cloud spend and lacked comprehensive visibility into who was using which apps, upcoming renewals, non‑SSO provisioning, and redundant or overlapping tools. To address this, kCura engaged Zylo and its Cloud Intelligence Platform to treat cloud investments as a strategic business function and gain a centralized view of application usage and spend.

Zylo integrated with kCura’s Intacct, Concur, Okta and Salesforce to replace spreadsheets with a single system of record, centralize contracts and supplier data, surface renewal alerts, and provide utilization dashboards. As a result, Zylo enabled proactive renewal negotiations and license provisioning, identified 15 subcategories of potential overlap across 92 providers, and gave kCura the ability to actively manage over‑ and under‑utilized subscriptions—improving cost optimization and operational control.
