Australia’s Leading Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest hotel companies with over 1,000 properties across 100+ countries, faced siloed, paper‑based procurement with manual requisitioning, limited supplier visibility and no automated ERP procurement solution. To modernize and scale sourcing, they partnered with Zycus and adopted its Source‑to‑Pay suite — including eProcurement, Spend Analysis, eSourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Management.

Zycus implemented an integrated Source‑to‑Pay solution that automated requisition‑to‑quote workflows, consolidated supplier management and standardized processes with local language versions; during the pilot Zycus onboarded 107 users, published 177 catalogs and supported 15+ languages.
