Leading Philippine Company (SM Retail), one of the country’s largest retail operators across food, non-food and specialty formats, needed to modernize sourcing and procurement to improve stakeholder relations, process efficiency and organizational productivity. The business struggled with time-consuming manual sourcing and contracting, lack of accountability, limited scalability and inconsistent processes.
