Porsche Cars NA adds wheels to its procurement processes with Zycus solutions

Porsche Cars North America (Porsche), the U.S. arm of the German automaker, faced fragmented, manual procurement processes—relying on Word and email for requests, disparate supplier and contract tools (Ariba, SAP, ContractLogix), slow, noncompliant sourcing, limited contract authoring/redline capabilities, poor project visibility, and cumbersome supplier onboarding. To address these gaps Porsche selected Zycus and its Source-to-Pay suite, including Contract Management/iContract, eSourcing/iSource, Request Management/iRequest, Project Management/iManage and Supplier Management/iSupplier.

Zycus implemented integrated modules (iContract, iSource, iRequest, iManage, iSupplier) to enable contract authoring/version control, standardized sourcing templates, automated approvals (190+ approvers, 175+ workflow conditions), project visibility and supplier self-registration. The deployment delivered measurable impact for Porsche: 1,200+ contracts stored, 80+ sourcing events, 1,700+ suppliers on iSupplier, 45+ projects managing $43M+ spend and over $15M in total savings, while increasing transparency, efficiency and user adoption across the organization.
