International Luxury Hotel Chain in Dubai Brings Their Purpose of Procurement Automation to Life with Zycus

International Luxury Hotel, an international hotel chain based in the Middle East, faced slow, manual procurement and contracting processes that caused long contracting cycles, poor visibility into supplier and contract data, and limited reporting on savings and sourcing performance. To automate their Source-to-Pay needs they engaged Zycus and selected modules from Zycus’ procurement suite, including the P2P solution, iSupplier, iContract, iSource and iManage.

Zycus implemented supplier onboarding, contract authoring/repository and eSourcing capabilities with integrations to existing systems, centralizing supplier data and automating sourcing and contract workflows. The deployment delivered measurable impact: 3,000+ P2P users, 9,000+ suppliers onboarded to date, 17,500+ purchase requisitions and 14,600+ purchase orders processed (300+ daily), 8,500+ contracts in iContract, 300+ sourcing events and 200+ contracts generated, achieving 85% user adoption and 3.3 million Dirhams savings in the first quarter.
