The Global Media & Entertainment Company, a global media giant managing roughly US$10 billion in annual spend, had been using a third‑party hosted spend analysis service but struggled with limited classification accuracy and granularity (especially in A/P), slow timeliness, no closed‑loop feedback to improve results, and rising total cost of ownership. To overcome these issues and increase coverage across P‑Card, AP and PO data, the company selected Zycus and its automated Spend Data Management solution, AutoClass.
