The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) needed to better engage members and the media with a new website, while breaking down silos across its legacy systems and multiple web properties. NEMA brought in Zurb to redesign the site and create a more unified, user-friendly experience for its industry audience.
Zurb implemented a multiple-property integration and consistency strategy, along with a deeper persona- and usage-driven redesign of NEMA’s properties. The new approach organized navigation around themes instead of NEMA’s internal structure, making content easier to find for action-oriented users and increasing the value of NEMA’s industry website across all properties.
