Westminster Theological Seminary’s online bookstore, WTSBooks, needed a fresh new website to expand its reach and visibility while improving the brand, browsing experience, purchase flow, and customer service. The seminary turned to Zurb for help, and Zurb began by auditing the existing site, reviewing competitors, and gathering customer feedback to understand how to better serve the bookstore’s audience.
Zurb used those insights to redesign the site with stronger navigation and browsing, while also highlighting testimonials from religious thought-leaders throughout the shopping experience. This approach helped build trust with visitors and improve conversions, showing that Zurb’s solution created a more effective eCommerce experience for Westminster Theological Seminary.
