Beyond Clicks, a CRO agency working with a UK insurance broker, wanted to improve the performance of one of its property insurance acquisition forms. Using Zuko form analytics, they tracked where users were dropping out and how long they spent on each field to identify friction in the form.

Zuko data showed that many users abandoned after the “When did you buy the property?” field, so Beyond Clicks tested removing that non-critical question while keeping the rest of the form the same. The change lifted submissions from 26.96% to 32.16%, delivering a 19% improvement in form performance, and the update was made permanent.
