Beyond Clicks, a UK-based property CRO agency, was working with a client whose acquisition form appeared to be underperforming, but the reason for the drop-off was unclear. They used Zuko form tracking to analyze user behavior and identify where potential customers were abandoning the form.
Using Zuko data, Beyond Clicks found that 30% of users were leaving at a step where they were asked to choose between two options, sometimes neither of which was relevant. They removed that field and saw the form conversion rate rise from 5.50% to 9.95%, an 81% increase in lead volume, and the change was made permanent.
