Manduka, a yoga products company, was struggling with a slow and limiting Excel-based reporting process from NetSuite, which prevented them from gaining deep insights into their business. After two failed implementations with another provider, they needed a solution from vendor Zuar to connect, model, and automate their NetSuite data flow to support better decision-making.

Zuar implemented their Runner data staging platform to automatically pull, normalize, and model all of Manduka's NetSuite data within an AWS environment. This automated pipeline fed into Tableau dashboards, providing the company with powerful new visualizations. The solution dramatically increased user adoption of their analytics tools and eliminated hundreds of hours of manual reporting work each year.
