Western Region Development Council - Customer Case Study
Western Region Development Council (WRDC) wanted to improve social development, education, healthcare, infrastructure, employment, and investment across Al Gharbia in Abu Dhabi. To support its “one-stop shop” vision for residents, businesses, investors, and visitors, WRDC worked with ZSL to develop a modern e-service portal and integrated digital experience.
ZSL designed, configured, and implemented an SharePoint 2010-based portal with 11 web applications, plus mobile apps, to connect services such as correspondence management, vendor registration, SME support, business directory, interactive maps, BI, feedback, investor tracking, DMS/MCMS, scholarships, and survey analysis. The solution improved service delivery, operational flow, and access to information across WRDC’s programs, helping advance people development, infrastructure, tourism, investment, and economic growth in the region.
