SMRT Corporation Ltd, Singapore’s premier multi-modal public transport provider, faced challenges including longer time to market, low collaboration and agility, poor findability and productivity, and operational inefficiencies. ZSL worked with SMRT to develop a Knowledge Management Portal using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and related services to help centralize knowledge and improve access to information.

ZSL implemented a Knowledge Management System with enterprise search, collaboration, and content management capabilities, including unified access-controlled search, federated knowledge repositories, process tracking, and tools such as wikis, blogs, podcasting, and calendar/booking features.
