HomeTeamNS - Customer Case Study

HomeTeamNS (HTNS), a Singapore-based membership organization with six clubhouses, needed a more efficient way to manage a complex membership database covering member profiles, family details, subscriptions, online registration, and payment processing. ZSL supported the project with a solution built on Microsoft SharePoint Server for Internet sites 2013, .NET 4.5, SQL Server 2012, MS CRM 2011, and mobile app technologies for iOS and Android.

ZSL implemented an integrated platform that included membership database management, resource booking, payment collection, loyalty program management, facility usage tracking, CRM, smartphone applications, and content management. The solution also enabled single-entry registration, batch imports, customized CSV/XLSX uploads, and FTP-based vendor payment file processing, helping HTNS streamline operations, improve collaboration, and work faster and smarter through centralized information and automated workflows.
