Mercury® Financial, a cloud-native financial services company, needed to strengthen security, meet compliance requirements, and replace its traditional VPN to improve user experience and visibility for a mostly remote workforce. Zscaler implemented its Zero Trust Exchange to secure internet and private app access, add AI-powered threat protection, and streamline identity and device-based controls through integrations with CrowdStrike and Okta. The results included zero downtime from malware or ransomware, a 76% reduction in support tickets, and a 100% improvement in user experience, while also making Mercury® Financial’s small IT team more efficient.
