L&T Financial Services, a Mumbai-based NBFC with 24,000+ employees and extensive branch and micro-lending coverage, was rapidly moving to cloud-based, work-from-anywhere operations. Its legacy “castle-and-mote” approach—about 110 heterogeneous security appliances—became unsustainable, obstructed cloud adoption, and made centralized policy enforcement and visibility impossible.
