By forwarding Internet‑bound traffic from its 13 gateways to Zscaler’s distributed cloud, LANCO eliminated costly backhauling and leveraged over 30 global nodes to reduce latency. The cloud service consolidated security functions—URL filtering, protection against Web 2.0 threats, granular policy enforcement and unified reporting—extended consistent protection to mobile users, and lowered bandwidth, administration overhead and overall TCO.
