The company’s primary challenge was to improve visibility across users and environments and adopt a true zero‑trust approach to better detect and contain threats.

Godrej implemented Zscaler’s cloud‑delivered Zero Trust Exchange—leveraging ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Deception and zero‑trust for IoT/OT—to build a zero‑trust architecture. The deployment increased visibility and threat detection, enabled detection of compromised users and lateral movement, reduced false positives and SOC workload, and improved resilience against advanced attacks.
