To create a more interactive, needs-focused experience that complemented its existing content, Canon selected zoovu’s AI-driven digital assistants to guide customers through tailored question flows and surface the most relevant products.

Using zoovu, Canon built on‑brand digital assistants and deployed them across product category pages and navigation in a matter of weeks, later scaling to over 50 country sites in 52 countries and multiple languages. The zoovu solution increased engagement and conversion—13% of Canon’s total web traffic uses the digital assistants, 50% complete the conversations, and 67% of those visitors click through to product detail pages—while delivering faster selections and actionable customer insights.
