Nationwide, the insurance provider for NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., sought to increase leads for its pet insurance offerings. The challenge was to engage the fanbase, known as Junior Nation, by creating a digital contest that would encourage participation and ultimately boost the number of insurance quotes generated. They partnered with vendor Zoomph to bring this campaign to life.
Zoomph implemented the solution using its Microsite Builder to create the "Paws and Racing" contest landing page. The platform managed the entire contest lifecycle, from entry collection and moderation to participant data analysis. This resulted in over 25,000 submissions, more than double the goal and twice the entries of a previous contest. The campaign also garnered 112,000 social media engagements and 4.8 million impressions, significantly boosting Nationwide's social media presence within the NASCAR community.
