INVIDI Technologies, a leader in personalized television advertising, needed a way to deliver optimized, customized documentation to multiple TV operator customers within a single portal. Each operator requires proprietary content tailored to their implementation, devices, and preferences, and INVIDI wanted to reduce content maintenance costs while improving customer self-service and the overall user experience.
INVIDI implemented Zoomin Docs as a single, branded content platform that automatically presents personalized documentation per customer, lets users build and export custom collections (MyDocs), and applies content updates dynamically for broad reuse. Topic-level analytics drive content optimization, and the system supports agile development—resulting in lower content management costs, higher reuse, easier customer access, and more relevant, higher-quality documentation.
