Zoom Virtual Receptionist transforms check-in process at Olive Living Properties

Olive Living, a co-living brand from Embassy Group in India, needed a way to manage guest check-ins remotely and support properties with low overnight front-desk volume during the pandemic. The company turned to Zoom Video Communications and its Zoom Rooms Virtual Receptionist to create a centralized, contactless check-in experience across its properties.

Zoom Video Communications, working with hardware partner DTEN, implemented a virtual kiosk-based reception system that lets guests check in, make payments, and receive access instructions from a receptionist on-site or remote. Olive Living reported positive guest feedback, improved scalability and efficiency, and the ability for one receptionist to handle multiple properties, while also using the system to collect and analyze customer feedback centrally.
