Glovo, the multi-category delivery app operating in more than 1,500 cities worldwide, needed a better way to keep its 3,500+ employees connected as it expanded. Its legacy communications platform struggled with webinar hosting, video quality, and hardware compatibility for a globally distributed workforce, making internal communication increasingly difficult.

Zoom Video Communications implemented Zoom solutions including webinars, video conferencing, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Rooms to support Glovo’s global communications needs. The rollout included 64 Zoom Rooms and over 3,000 Zoom Meeting licenses, with the platform integrating into Glovo’s existing systems at no extra cost; this enabled reliable company-wide webinars and easier collaboration across offices and remote employees.
