Zoom Helps HubSpot Stay Connected as it Grows Globally

HubSpot, the inbound marketing and sales software company with over 1,500 employees, was rapidly expanding worldwide and needed a unified, modern video collaboration solution. Employees were using disparate tools (WebEx, Cisco Telepresence, Google Hangouts), which created IT support headaches, user confusion, and limited interoperability across offices.

HubSpot deployed a Zoom site license, rolled out Zoom Rooms across global offices and used Zoom H.323/SIP Connectors to integrate existing room systems, choosing Zoom for ease of use, room parity, affordability, and integrations. Adoption was organic rather than forced; within three months they averaged about 1,000 meetings a day and 1.5 million meeting minutes per month, with over 100 Zoom Rooms in service.
