Zoom helps Cooley disrupt the legal market with technological innovation

Cooley LLP, a law firm focused on innovation and hybrid collaboration, wanted to modernize its offices and client experiences with better digital tools. Working with Zoom Video Communications, Cooley replaced traditional meeting setups with Zoom Rooms and later expanded to Zoom Chat, Zoom Phone, Meetings, and Webinars to support seamless work across its 17 locations and growing virtual event needs.

Zoom Video Communications helped Cooley’s Professional Services and Events teams design and deploy the new collaboration environment, including porting more than 5,000 phone numbers and rolling out over 3,300 Zoom Phone licenses. The results included a consistent meeting experience across all rooms, smoother internal communication, and a successful hybrid Berkeley Forum that reached about 120 in-person attendees and 800 remote participants with a unified live experience.
