ViewSonic Upgrades Global Telecoms with Zoom Phone

ViewSonic, a global provider of visual solutions founded in 1987, was rapidly expanding and found its incumbent phone carrier too complex and inflexible—limiting administrative control and creating poor service and low adoption across its international locations. Already using Zoom for meetings and collaboration, the company wanted a simpler, more reliable telephony experience that matched its users’ expectations.

ViewSonic is migrating its telephony to Zoom Phone (about 20% deployed so far, with the rest of its DIDs to be ported), gaining better administrative control, global connectivity, and clearer audio. Early feedback has been “phenomenal,” with improved scalability and no reported quality issues during global meetings, making Zoom Phone the company’s preferred telecommunications solution.
