Using Zoom Video Communications’ Video SDK, Arincare expanded telehealth to more than 50,000 users across 13 hospitals, serving about 6,000 patients per month. The solution cut monthly costs by approximately $450,000 USD, reduced expenses by 84%, and shortened patient wait times from about an hour to just 10 minutes, saving around 5,000 hours per month.
