Spin Master Continues Work ‘Without Missing a Beat’ During COVID-19 with Zoom and Neat

Spin Master, a global children’s toy and entertainment company behind brands like PAW Patrol and Hatchimals with over 1,600 employees, faced the sudden challenge of moving its distributed workforce to remote work during COVID-19. Their legacy conferencing tools lacked the security, scalability, and ease of use required to maintain complex, collaborative product development when the company was asked to lockdown.

Spin Master implemented Zoom just before lockdown and deployed Neat Zoom-native hardware (Neat Bar and Neat Pad) across meeting rooms to ensure a consistent, easy-to-use experience that could be set up remotely. The combined solution reduced room equipment from 15 pieces to three, delivered high-quality audio and video, and enabled seamless, equitable collaboration between in-office and remote teams so work could continue “without missing a beat” as employees transitioned back to the office.
