Travel restrictions and safety concerns made large in-person gatherings impractical, driving demand for a scalable hybrid alternative.

Radisson partnered with Zoom to deploy Zoom Rooms at meeting venues—piloting in 50 hotels with plans to expand to 450+ properties—bundling HD video, audio, wireless sharing, Logitech MeetUp cameras, reliable internet, and hospitality services for one-click hybrid events. The result: lower travel costs and health risk, reduced environmental impact, consistent high-quality production across sites, greater planner flexibility, and a more connected, socially distanced attendee experience.
