Zoom Video Communications implemented Zoom Rooms, Zoom Whiteboard, Zoom Phone, and AI Companion, along with a wireless office setup that made meetings and room changes seamless. The result was a faster, more flexible work environment that saved Lake|Flato 100 hours a week across the firm, with AI Companion saving about 30 minutes per meeting and three individual tools consolidated onto the Zoom platform.
