La Salle‑Ramon Llull University, Campus Barcelona, a tech-forward institution attracting students from around the world, had to move classes online almost overnight when COVID‑19 hit. La Salle deployed Zoom Rooms in more than 60 smart classrooms and used Zoom Meetings and Video Webinars to power hybrid lessons and campus events, with interactive whiteboards, automated cameras, and one‑touch meeting controls. The rollout enabled seamless co‑annotation, inclusive participation, and over 4,000 monthly Zoom sessions—letting students choose in‑person or remote attendance with virtually the same experience and helping the university quickly adapt while building a flexible model for future learning.
