Shyft (formerly Mindhouse) is an India-based wellness platform offering interactive yoga, nutrition plans and condition-specific programs (diabetes, PCOS, back pain, mental health, etc.). After starting with offline studios and on-demand content, the company found users wanted personalized, live interaction with trainers—so it needed a smooth, intuitive, low‑bandwidth video solution that worked reliably across mobile devices to scale nationwide.

Shyft integrated Zoom into its app for its familiarity, reliability and ease of use, enabling live, interactive classes with seamless invites and trainer Q&A. As a result, sessions grew more than 10x (from 6–8 to about 80–100 daily), corporate webinars increased, average user retention is around six months, and the platform expanded into Tier II cities, positioning Shyft to capture large demand in curative wellness.
