Healthie is a telehealth and practice-management platform (founded in 2016) that connects healthcare professionals with patients while handling billing, scheduling, and virtual care. Facing rapid demand for remote services, Healthie needed a high-quality, HIPAA-compliant video solution that would integrate seamlessly across web, iOS, and Android, and support features like recording and screen sharing for clinical charting and client education.

Healthie integrated Zoom via its API into their apps, then expanded use to five Zoom Rooms for customer support and Zoom Video Webinars for classes and programs. The integration delivered a consistent, reliable experience—enabling charting, session recording, screen sharing, large webinars, and easy access—and today roughly 80% of Healthie’s thousands of providers use its telehealth features to connect with tens of thousands of clients.
