Flying Hope provides free air transport for sick children

Flying Hope is a nonprofit German pilot network that arranges free air transport for seriously ill or disabled children so they can access the care they need. The organization uses Zoom Video Communications to connect its team, volunteer pilots, and families, helping them coordinate flight logistics and prepare children for their journeys.

Using Zoom Video Communications, Flying Hope improved communication and built trust with families through video calls before flights. The result has been more efficient coordination across the network, with around 200 members, over 30 active volunteer pilots, and more than 550 flights organized to support children and their families across Germany.
