A Zoom Video Communications Case Study
Dynatrace, a Waltham, Massachusetts–based software intelligence company founded in 2005, struggled with ineffective virtual collaboration caused by multiple legacy conferencing tools. With thousands of employees and frequent global meetings of 40+ participants, the inability to use video reliably left remote teams isolated and made communication and collaboration difficult.
Dynatrace implemented Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars—allowing up to 49 visible participants—to consolidate its stack and enable camera-on, natural interactions. The switch reduced travel, improved engagement and meeting efficiency, and supported sales and training with recorded webinars, yielding stronger cross-office collaboration, higher productivity, and a more connected remote workforce.
