BAYADA Home Health Care, founded in 1975 and operating nearly 300 service offices (including locations in India and Germany), needed a more scalable, cost-effective way for employees to collaborate. Their legacy H.323 systems were expensive to maintain and billed per minute, with more than $100,000 spent on hardware in the final year, creating unsustainable operating overhead as the company grew.

BAYADA replaced the legacy system with Zoom software and Logitech hardware—deploying Zoom Rooms and desktop/room cameras (Logitech BCC950, CC3000e and HD Pro C920) across offices and desktops—enabling Mac-based, economical conference rooms and cross-device connectivity. The change drove rapid adoption (over 1,800 registered users across 300+ locations), about 600 video meetings per week, higher efficiency, improved call quality, and lower total cost of ownership.
