Audibene/Hear.com Creates a Connected, Collaborative Hearing Care Organization

Audibene is a Berlin-based hearing care company that coordinates over 1 million consultations a year and works with more than 3,000 audiology partners. With about 60% of its workforce remote, Audibene struggled with a legacy Skype setup that couldn’t show all participants at once or integrate with existing PolyCom hardware, limiting internal video communication and collaboration.

Audibene deployed Zoom Meetings and Zoom Rooms, using Gallery View to display up to 49 participants and integrating with existing PolyCom devices so no new hardware was required. The change created deeper internal communications, boosted collaboration among remote teams (including consultants using tablets in permanent meetings), and increased connection between remote and on-site staff, with plans to expand collaboration tools like digital whiteboards.
