Zoom Video Communications helped BNSF complete the migration in seven months instead of the planned twelve, a 40% faster transition, with minimal training required. Using Zoom APIs, BNSF cut dialing rules by 99% from more than 60,000 to fewer than 200, and later expanded its use of Zoom with Zoom Events, Zoom Professional Services, and a custom Zoom Room on a moving train, further improving collaboration and communication across the company.
