ALCIVIA, an agricultural co-op with more than 35 locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa, needed a more reliable way to unify communications after a merger left it with multiple legacy phone systems. Zoom Video Communications implemented Zoom Phone, with Zoom’s Professional Services team helping port 500 to 800 direct inward dialing numbers from more than a dozen providers. The result was a cleaner, cloud-based communications setup that simplified management, improved collaboration, and saved time and costs without sacrificing reliability or scalability.
