Zoocha developed a unified, accessible platform on the London.gov.uk domain. The solution featured geospatial search, custom dashboards for users, and a frontend meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The results were significant, with a 11.4% increase in sessions, a 47.6% boost in average session duration, and a 27.3% drop in the bounce rate immediately after launch.
