Grakon Selects Synergy 3000 for its Multi-Language Capability

Grakon, a global leader in advanced vehicle lighting systems and engineered trim components, lacked a multi-language, company-wide SPC system to provide live visibility—especially from its plant in China—while needing to meet strict automotive quality targets (customers require <50 DPPM, some <15, with an internal Cpk goal >2). To address this, Grakon selected Zontec’s Synergy 3000 SPC software for a web-based, multi-language solution.

Zontec implemented Synergy 3000 across Grakon’s global plants, enabling operators to enter data worldwide and engineers and managers to monitor processes in near real time. The Zontec solution delivered immediate worldwide visibility into production, improved quality-system compliance and continuous improvement, and allowed Grakon to be proactive in process control to support its DPPM and Cpk objectives.
