The technology revealed mismatched routes so right-sized buses reduced collisions and repair costs, geofence speed data exonerated operators, and EVIR digitized inspections—eliminating pencil‑whipping, accelerating repairs, keeping unsafe buses out of service, removing physical records storage, and enabling verified station sanitation; MARTA plans to integrate EVIR with work orders for even faster response.
