Strada, a national casual dining restaurant operator, faced challenges with an outdated till system that failed to provide live data and could not meet modern diner demands for booking, speed of service, and flexible payment options. To support its growth ambitions, Strada partnered with vendor Zonal to implement an integrated Aztec EPoS solution.

Zonal's solution included the Aztec EPoS system, the iServe handheld ordering tool, and Zonal’s Card Payment System (ZCPS). This provided Strada with a fully integrated IT package that increased order processing speed, allowed for faster table turnarounds, and simplified payment, including bill splitting. The front-of-house teams benefited from greater control and efficiency. Strada was impressed with Zonal's partnership approach and now plans to further enhance the customer experience by implementing additional Zonal products like Tables and Kitchen iQ.
