Building Materials Nationwide, led by Ashley Heather, engaged the vendor ZOKRI to help sharpen the company's strategy and to teach its teams a method for better execution. The challenge was to move from strategy to effective execution in order to drive higher growth.

ZOKRI first worked with the leadership team to refine their strategy and then provided training and coaching on implementing OKRs. The solution was designed to be adopted into the company's existing workflow, making the teams self-sufficient. As a result, Building Materials Nationwide achieved a much higher growth rate, which necessitated a move to a larger office to accommodate increased headcount.
