QualiZeal, a quality engineering company operating across the US and India, faced a challenge in managing its multi-entity finance operations. The solution implemented by Zoho Books involved creating separate organizations for each entity and a third for consolidation. A custom UPID system was developed to automatically link sales orders from Zoho CRM to projects and timesheets in Zoho People, which then flow into automated invoicing within Zoho Books. This eliminated manual data entry, accelerated the billing cycle, and provided accurate, real-time revenue tracking. The result was a streamlined, scalable financial workflow that improved efficiency and consistency across both entities.
