MPW Industrial Services, a leading North American provider of industrial cleaning, water purification and facility/environmental management services, wanted to move from phone and catalog orders to ecommerce. MPW needed a lightweight, Microsoft .NET–based platform with strong out-of-the-box features and the ability to integrate with its JD Edwards ERP, plus a way for customers to request and manage services online. Znode was selected as the vendor to meet those requirements.
Znode delivered a .NET-based, headless ecommerce platform with built-in product information management and order management capabilities, an extension engine for JD Edwards integration, and a custom customer portal for online service requests. The Znode solution allowed MPW to launch ecommerce, scale its online business, and shift routine ordering and service requests away from phone-based customer service, reducing reliance on manual interactions while supporting future growth.
