A Znode Case Study

Preview of the Mission Linen Case Study

Mission linen launches 400 b2b ecommerce stores

Mission Linen Supply, a premier B2B provider of linens, uniforms, and facility services serving over 40,000 customers, needed to efficiently manage 3,000 base products and launch more than 400 client-specific B2B stores with unique shipping, pricing, and promotional rules. To meet these requirements the company partnered with Znode and used Znode’s multi-store platform and profiles/rules functionality.

Znode implemented store-level user profiles and configurable business rules so each storefront could have distinct products, embroidery, payment, and shipping options; Mission Linen launched 50 stores in the first year and cut new store setup time to under 30 minutes. By leveraging Znode’s flexible architecture and multi-store capabilities, Mission Linen achieved faster rollouts and simplified management of complex B2B requirements.
