Hyster-Yale Group lifts b2b2x ecommerce

Hyster-Yale Group, through Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, needed a scalable enterprise ecommerce platform to support its global dealer network and more than one million part SKUs across the Hyster and Yale brands. The company wanted a unified B2B2X shopping experience for product selection, ordering, and dealer fulfillment, while also meeting SOC 2 compliance requirements. Znode was selected to support these needs.

Znode implemented a headless, API-driven ecommerce solution with multiple stores, unique brand experiences, separate catalogs, and dealer-based order routing for Hyster and Yale. The platform also added flexibility for custom use cases, including multiple cart functionality for customers managing several requisitions at once. With Znode, Hyster-Yale Group achieved a unified, scalable ecommerce experience that continues to support its digital transformation.
