Vivienne Westwood faced a gap between their creative vision and what their development tools and outsourced teams could deliver: slow turnaround, a rigid CMS that hindered responsive design, and limited time, budget and personnel to produce the rich brand storytelling they wanted. They engaged retail consultant Pimble, who introduced Creator by Zmags (Zmags) as the platform to bring their content production back in‑house.

Using Creator by Zmags, the Vivienne Westwood team began building rich, responsive experiences themselves—one Artisan Fashion page with embedded video went live in just two days—and rolled out dynamic web forms, event invitations and a live‑streamed Spring/Summer 2017 runway.
